Who IS the Wellbeing Guy?

Hi, I’m The Wellbeing Guy. While that name wasn't given at birth (that would indeed be peculiar!), my journey through the health, fitness, and wellbeing industries spans over two decades. I’ve worn various hats: personal trainer, gym owner, national webinar host, sports therapist, and more. I’ve even been dubbed a “personal training guru.” But perhaps my most valuable experiences came from losing it all and rebuilding.


As a father (to both humans and a furry companion), a cyclist, and an ardent advocate for health and wellbeing, I’ve faced my own mental health struggles. Fortunately, I’m one of the lucky ones—I can talk about it openly. And that’s precisely what I want to do for your business: make a difference. Your teams deserve the right wellbeing tools, tailored to their unique situations and challenges. After all, life throws curveballs at all of us, and no one should feel judged for their emotions.


I’ve been there—the days when getting out of bed felt impossible, when I drowned my sorrows, neglected exercise, and took it out on my loved ones. But I’ve also learned how to climb out of that pit, armed with the tools to thrive.


A couple of my favourite sayings guide me: “Nothing should fail due to lack of hard work” and “You never learn anything while you’re talking.”
